Our restricted practice has led us to develop extensive experience in providing legal representation and policy advice to a broad range of unions in both the public and private sectors throughout British Columbia, including unions in federal jurisdiction. We have represented unions at all levels of the British Columbia and federal courts as well as before a wide range of administrative tribunals. We are also the current editors of the Annotated British Columbia Labour Relations Code.
