TERASEN GAS INC. - AND - IBEW, LOCAL 213 Re: Instructors’ Vehicle Grievance. For a number of years the grievors were provided with a company vehicle to use at work and for some personal use. The Arbitrator found that the Employer violated a notice provision in the Collective Agreement when it unilaterally took away their vehicles. The Arbitator also found that the Employer was estopped from removing the vehicles based upon the long standing past practice and some express representations made during interviews.
