Chris Buchanan has practiced labour law in British Columbia since 1995.

Chris has focused his entire legal career on working closely with unions to advance the interests of workers through strategic advice and, when necessary, litigation. His commitment to social justice, and in particular acting for workers, led him to go to law school.

Chris represents public and private sector unions, and their members, in a broad range of administrative proceedings, court proceedings and other proceedings, such as the Braidwood Inquiry examining the death of Mr. Dziekanski.

Chris was one of the founding partners of our firm in 2001.
