Education: LLB (with Distinction) (University of Saskatchewan College of Law) 2009.
Emily Luther joined Hastings Labour Law Office in June 2010 after clerking for The Honourable Chief Justice and various Justices of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal in Regina.
Emily completed her law degree (2009) at the University of Saskatchewan. As a law student she was an active member of the Aboriginal Law Students Association and the Campus Legal Services, advising students on legal issues and doing legal research.
Emily has published in both the Saskatchewan Law Review and the Alberta Law Review as well as in the Indigenous Law Journal.
Emily's practice will focus primarily on labour law.
Emily is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
