John MacTavish has practiced labour and administrative law in British Columbia since 1995. During that time John has appeared on behalf of trade unions or their members before the federal and provincial courts and before many different administrative bodies including labour boards, privacy commissioners, human rights tribunals, workers' compensation tribunals, the Employment Insurance Commission, employment standards tribunals and the mines inspector. John currently acts for a number of unions who represent workers in both the federal and provincial jurisdictions.
John has been a partner in our firm since 2003.
