Morgan Rea has practiced labour law and human rights law since 1993. After articling and then practicing with a union side labour law firm, Morgan worked as in-house counsel to the Labour Relations Board for four years. During these four years, Morgan was seconded for several months to provide legal advice to the 1997 Labour Relations Code Review Committee and the Construction Industry Review Committee. From 1999 until 2004, Morgan worked as legal counsel to the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. Morgan is currently the Associate Western Editor of the Canadian Labour Relations Board Reports. She joined our firm in March 2004 and has a particular interest in labour, human rights and privacy issues.
