Patrick Dickie has practiced labour law in British Columbia since 1991.
Patrick represents trade unions and their members in a wide variety of litigation before the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, labour arbitration boards, human rights tribunals, and the courts. Patrick also regularly provides strategic advice to a broad range of public sector and private sector unions. In addition, Patrick frequently presents educational seminars on various labour law topics for clients and other lawyers.
Patrick developed his commitment to trade unions working in various jobs in the forest industry and construction for over ten years prior to becoming a lawyer. During this time he became actively involved in trade unions as a steward and local executive member.
Patrick was one of the founding partners of our firm in 2001.
