Called to the Bar of BC in 2020.

Education: J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC (2019); M.A. and B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia (2014; 2013).

Erica has practiced union-side labour law her entire legal career. She represents public and private sector unions and their members before the BC Labour Relations Board, in grievance arbitrations, in various other administrative tribunal proceedings including professional regulatory proceedings, and before the courts. Erica has also presented to trade unionists on various legal topics.

Erica grew up in Kitimat, BC. While attending The University of British Columbia (UBC) for undergraduate studies, graduate school, and law school, Erica was actively involved in social justice advocacy.

Erica articled and practiced at Dickie & Co., a union-side labour law firm in Vancouver, BC prior to joining Hastings Labour Law Office LLP. Erica is committed to working with unions and advocating for the rights of their members.

Erica has been a partner in our firm since 2026.
